Capital One has a bad rap because of its root (catering to questionable clients) but I can assure you it has the most empowered social media team that directly reports to the Executive Office and can truly resolve issues in a very quick manner.
I am happy with AMEX. I see no point of me using Capital One.

Beside - its products are not competitive enough (at least to me anyway). I don't see what I have missed out.
