Incorrect names and times on AS itinerary emails!

Some time ago I received a schedule change notice for forthcoming flights to/from Hawaii. As the dates for the trip are getting closer, I finally looked at the email in detail, and was horrified to see that my wife's name is given incorrectly - it shows her as having the same first name as myself! I was of course worried that I had made a mistake on inputting the names when I booked, so I went back and checked, and was relieved to see that our original booking had the correct names for both of us. So, AS error no. one is that they somehow mixed up our names in the itinerary change email - how??

Given this mistake, last night my wife called AS about this issue, to get the name fixed. The AS representative said that the names looked fine to them, and they would email a new itinerary, with the correct names. They did send an email, but it is simply a repeat of the original booking email, complete with original flight times which are now completely incorrect! This is AS mistake no. 2
So, right now, the last two emails from AS both contain fundamental errors - one has correct names, but incorrect times, the other incorrect names, but correct times. What on earth is going on at Alaska Airlines - this is fundamental basic stuff, and should be entirely automated. How/why is this going wrong?
