I did a SDC early in the year sacrificing a later flight for the 5 AM departure ex-ANC. No sleep. But I had a fun day in SEA (took link in). And I tried to sleep on DL's redeye to JFK...despite a full row to myself, it sucked. Was hoping for the upgrade as it was an empty a/c with lie flats, but no dice.

There was U space and I did get a seat up front at least for ANC-SEA.
