I've seen a newer version of the Mini Trolley with a longer handle. When I was looking for a carry on, the Mini Trolley had a shorter handle at the time. In the end I selected the two wheeled Business case.

When I was trying to make a decision between the two versus four wheel version, it was pointed out to me by the salesman that the four wheel model was not as stable when trying to access papers. I also noted that the four wheels allowed the case to "walk away" when trying to access the contents.

One thing to note with the Mini Trolley is the wheels are closer together so it might not track as well and tend to wobble when pulled behind you.
