I flew PHL-FRA once in late february. J was completely full so I couldn't switch my seat from the the dreaded 1C, but the lounge agent said there were 272 seats available in Y if I wanted to lay down on one of the rows. Seemed funny to me that there were more pax in J than Y...But coming back was oversold so go figure...
