Neither is a good choice compared to what else there is in London.... many properties are doing various special as already noted. Rosewood London and Corinthia should be on your radar
I agree about the Rosewood London, which is available in FHR if you call. I'm set to enjoy a free night in a top suite there next week. By all accounts the new top hotel in London. We'll see!
