Bank credit card policies don't work in this case. They are 76 and 74 years old and the trip is 88 days. No credit card policy will cover them.

Tour Med has given me the best quote so far, even though it is almost $2000 for just basic medical, it's still the best quote so far. Some quotes are well over $3500 for just one person.
