R fares out of SEA are whack
But AM can be used on British Airways PE -> J too. No restrictions on which fare class to upgrade unlike CX.
SIN-SYD can go as low as $1000 for PE, and BKK-LHR/EU touches under $2k quite often too. And the miles used (22.5k, 30k roundtrip upgrade respectively) are really cheap for flying Club World- that you still earn miles back on!
