If they give you one pass it should be valid for your card year or close to that since it's only for award travel and that is enforced apparently.

Yes, one MLL pass annually for use by the primary cardholder only when flying on an Aeroplan reward ticket on AC metal only.

It is of very limited value.

Additionally, the guest benefit for the six Airport Angel passes for the Visa Infinite Privilege card has also been "eliminated" recently.
