I have NOT found the search process easy, nor finding flights easily from DAL, at least not the ones I wanted to take. Too sporadic.
The way the international flights were in the beginning - delayed and seemingly untrained GAs, etc. - and the sporadic schedule, etc. does not bode well for Caribbean foray, IMO.
I did enjoy AUA, though, so I'm hoping things get better quickly.
