Ive cleared as MVP several times on saturdays BOS/PDX in winter but AS axes the route on Saturdays and Tuesdays in the winter. BOS-SAN is much easier to clear. There are some times like what Beckoa experienced and missed it as 75K but every time i flew on it MVPs cleared and DL elites did as well
Excellent. We're going to PDX over President's Day this winter. 2/11-16. Wednesday isn't light on business travel, but I'm hoping that with the holiday, we might clear. The monday return is on the holiday itself, so maybe then as well, but I honestly don't ever expect upgrades so its nice when they clear.
Also doing BOS-SAN for 5 days over MLK weekend. We cleared the last time we flew it, all 3 of us.
