1. It is very easy to add somebody else's name to the reservation for check in. Just call and tell them so and so will be checking in for you.

2. Call and tell the hotel that it was a mistake and that you actually meant to book at the other Mercure property, and most likely they will cancel the reservation for you.

3. No. No shows will not give you points, stay credit, or any bonuses, even if you pay the room cost. You *must* check in- or- have somebody check in for you
