How many times have we all signed in to Itunes but have to RE-agree to their t and.cs? So many times I can't count. Same with the banks - AND THEY'RE HOLDING OUR MONEY.
So, we can all hope to be treated nicely but none of us should count.on it.
"Done their part" - sorry, they've done as little as they have to and that's all they're ever going to do.
These places all inform you when they change their T&C. Prompting you to agree when you sign on is informing you. That is not what happened here.
This isn't really such a big deal though. Just take your business elsewhere. If they confiscate your points, and you had a significant amount (say, $1000 worth) just sue them. That's what small claims court is for.
For some reason, there is a misconception that these companies can do whatever they want, and you have no recourse. That is simply not the case.
