The duration (just the time actually in the air) over the past couple of weeks has always been close to, or, in quite a few cases, more than 11hr15min.

Clicking through each day to see the actual flightpath suggests there are routing constraints which are adding to the "quickest route" flight time. Note the distinct dog leg around Ukraine.
Dear Oxonflyer, I'm afraid that your posting is contradictory. You said that the flight time has been close to the scheduled 11h15min - so the Ukraine issue is irrelevant. BA is just unable to get the aircraft off on time!!!
