I had a class O ticket back in February KCH-KUL and it also got awarded nothing.
What I don't understand is, that if you look at the Avios and TP calculator on ba.com, enter the airline and routing and then click on Economy Lowest, it tells you you get 10 TPs.
This also applies to Z class on airberlin

So have I booked something that is "lower" than lowest..!!.
How does this work?
