Suggestions for Arabic language teaching

I have just been engaged by a client in the Middle East to lead a project which will be based in Abu Dhabi, but will include major activities in Qatar and Oman. Whilst the project language is officially English, I have been informed that some of the participants have very limited English so I'd like to make the effort to help them.

My Arabic is not too bad (Level 5 - first year University) but a little rusty. I will have six weeks in Jan/Feb free between client jobs and was thinking of going to Oman for a break and to get my language back up to speed.

Would any of you have any good suggestions of language schools/other thoughts on the best way to combine the two?

Thanks in advance.
