I just noticed when pricing up a trip with Avios and comparing to On Business, that while the initial quote on business shows the exact same amount in taxes as an avios booking, on the final page that price goes up by $30 per passenger (including infant).
is that a mistake, or do On Business booking carry a $30 booking fee?

I've never noticed this before, but then I've never done a direct comparison between the two.
