Any reason why no tier or avios points available for MH flight?
Recently I flew SIN-CGK via KUL on MH. No points appeared for a couple of weeks so I filed a missing points claim.
Today I received two emails (one for each sector):
"Your claim has been processed and any Avios and Tier Points earned have been awarded to your account for the following journey:"
But my account shows:
12-Nov-14 Flights SIN KUL 0 0
12-Nov-14 Flights KUL CGK 0 0
i.e. no tier or avios points added. Could there be a valid reason for this?
My boarding passes clearly show my BAEC number and Emerald on it.
