Apart from the ones I cook at home (my favorite )...

I prefer Ruth's Chris in the US. Consistently good quality steaks and they never let me down. Being from NYC, I also love Peter Luger's. First time I went there I wasn't that impressed, but over time I've started to love their porterhouses. And their bacon strips are excellent as well.

Here in China, everyone seems to pretentious when it comes to steaks and I've had a waiter bring out the steak out well done after I told him I wanted medium rare, he laughed and told me a well done steak is how it's suppose to be like it's my first time at the eating a steak or something.
