Actually it says July 16, 2015. I would not expect to be able to make a reservation until June 2015 IF the hotel is to be fully functional by mid-July so I would not plan any trip around this being open. Since it is a new build and not just a touch up on an existing property, the chances of delays are much more likely. Once it is complete, there may be several weeks where it is open but they are not taking individual reservations. Plan on a different hotel and if your trip is late in the summer you may get lucky and be able to switch over to the Westin if it happens to be open by then.
