As for your other question(s), you may want to read back several pages on what happened to a guy - he did not get any bonus at all - worth to know why and how to not make the same mistake, as in your previous post you seem to be doing exactly what he has done...

I read the wiki and post #400. It seems the poster missed the bonus because they spent <$1. Asking that your 1st statement closing date be moved earlier doesn't seem to affect bonus posting.
It seems the best policy is to prepay $90 (annual fee) + 1st purchase. In my case, I want the miles even earlier, so I'm asking for statement to close asap.
P.S. I called in for reconsideration and was approved. Seemed random.
