I, for one, resent you calling those who post here seeking simple answers to simple questions 'hijackers'. n the contrary, it is the 'company' representative posting here who seeks to hijack the thread and steer it clear of any and all discussion that might prove to be less than flattering.

Perhaps said representative would deign to enlighten us with the answer to even a single one of the outstanding questions he has been so assiduously avoiding: (note that many of these are TOTAL softball questtions that any legitimate company would have easily answered already)

• Where does the KVS tool get its data?
• Is KVS authorized to provide this data in the manner it is presented? <-EASILY ANSWERED
• Are users opening themselves up to liability by use of KVS tool?
• Is KVS a registered company in any country and/or does it have a registered address? <-EASILY ANSWERED
• Will KVS provide refunds for those who paid but feel that -- after changes -- they have not gotten what they paid for? <-EASILY ANSWERED
