I just called BE and found that once the miles are deposited, the can't be reversed. I got 65 points for "free"!

His company lost those points for good.

Take home lesson: Be really careful with your BE number and double-check. There's no going back.

I also asked the phone rep about posting flights. She told me the trip must be completed, then they post points around the second or third week of the following month. IOW, October flights points should be posted at the end of this week or sometime next week.
