BOS is very hit or miss (mostly miss) for SP tagged bags as well... usually they come dribbling out mixed in with other bags from the flight, and definitely not all in the first batch.

SJC is awful for baggage claim... I only do carry on when traveling there because of it.

I had great SP baggage experience at LGA marine terminal shuttle and STT of all places... all of the tagged bags came out first or were already waiting on the belt.
