In an ideal world, the company would also send out a notice when they make a substantial change to t&c instead of leaving us to learn about it on a third party site.
American Express seems to be sending me a t&c updates every other month; even MyPoints send one out a few weeks ago- something involving no class action lawsuits.
IHG- not even an e-mail. Of course their IT department would probably have problems sending out a simple e-mail blast to program participants.
