I purchased 4 eCerts at $50 each, payment posted on 11/7. No credit received to my account as of yet (11/11).

I also signed up for Global Entry, and the payment ($100) posted on 11/3; I have not received credit for this either.

This is a new Platinum card, received number on 11/3, maybe that's why it's taking so long.
