No, usually due to cargo, premium passengers, and aircraft positioning.

There are several times of year when transatlantic flights are very empty, and November before the holidays, early December, and parts of the deep winter are among them. By contrast, they run with very high loads roughly May to September, basically aligned with the seasonal flights to various European destinations.

I suspect the weak European economy will at least somewhat continue to depress traffic particularly in this low season.
