Agreed. Most likely it'll be treated like a retail pricing error, where they're off the hook as long as they refund the $5.
Either way, it's worth the entertainment value
Hopefully the number of people availing themselves of the offer is low enough that they figure it's not worth their time and chalk it up to a learning experience.
(However, at the price they're charging, would have to be a pretty low number
