I guess all these are walking distance but be aware that Beijing is huge. One subway stop could be a good 10 to 15 minute walk (Wangufing to Tiannamen East). If you decide to walk from the Hilton Wangfujing, where I've stayed in the past, it is probably a half hour walk. If in good health and the AQI is good, then no problems.
2k to Tiananmen itself (Mao portrait) according to baidu maps. The GH and Beijing Hotel (including Raffles) are closer because they are both on Chang'an Jie, but the difference isn't that big and from the Penn/Hilton, you have the option of cutting over on Donganmen Jie, which is a bit more peaceful.
