I guess all these are walking distance but be aware that Beijing is huge. One subway stop could be a good 10 to 15 minute walk (Wangufing to Tiannamen East). If you decide to walk from the Hilton Wangfujing, where I've stayed in the past, it is probably a half hour walk. If in good health and the AQI is good, then no problems.
