Help TG cancelled my award flight
Hi All-

I could use some help guidance.

~10 months ago I booked 4 award seats via UA on TG to fly:

CHC-AKL-BKK-PEN in January 2015. I just got a message from UA saying that TG has cancelled the AKL-BKK segment and I'm getting very little help in fixing it.

She tried the obvious thing and looked for award seats +/- a couple of days, but as you'd expect there is no way that 4 award seats exist for peak season at this point.

My perspective is that I had reserved and confirmed seats on the flight and that its on them to fix this, award seats or not, but am I being delusional? Suggestions?
