I got there at around 1:15pm last week (for a 2:30pm departure on UA870) and they were just in the process of putting out the last of the food (Beef rendang/rice, mini pies, chicken fingers, salad, soup, and a range of deserts/cakes/etc).

SQ flights leave at around 9am, 12 noon, 4pm and 7pm
