Simply question. I have never had occasion to do this, but need to contact 1K Voice and cannot figure out how to do it. Web site is no help and nothing in my account details seems to offer a path.

On the back of your 1K card is the needed contact info for e-mail or phone. Phone routing should be automatic (by answering the enter membership account prompt).
The phone number if really desired is also available by viewing your "card" online {under account details}.
