Booked standard queen, using Carlson Family and Friends rate, that resulted in a $80 rate.

Asked for an upgrade, and was answered that "the presidential suite was already waiting for me!"
Complimentary fruits and chocolate was also available in the room.

How are the rooms?
The suite was amazing. Nice wiews, enormous space, beutifully furnished, huge jacuzzi, comfy bed. No words are enough to describe.

What was good and what was bad?

Value for money or Gold Points? Would you return?
Incredible value. Initialy i got a status match from Hhonors gold and BW Diamond. Booked a cheap refundable FF rate for $80, and got an upgrade for the best available room on the hotel. One important thing to mention is that it was my birthday at the yime of stay.
Would recommend this hotel for anyone, since Bogota is a nice city, and the hotel staff was really friendly and gentle.
