I recently saw the rage on FT about KVS's service. This is why I'm lost whether KVS will fit me or not. ExpertFlyer customer service has been more than terrible with the trial and will not be compatible with my needs.
KVS will NOT let you do automatic seaches in the background, meaning you can request: "1 seat for LAX-ICN with Alliance XYZ within the next 30 days" and click on start and it stops once it finds a seat, but its not possible to set it up that its running searches in the background the entire time / monitor all award space and notify you.

I don't know about ef cause up to this day I always used kvs.
