If you have the option of taking the A320 from MXP, the J-class seat is fully flat with more storage space around the seat and a better IFE system than the non-refurbished A330. It also has OnAir GSM/EDGE connectivity.

The A320 J-class seat has very comfortable padding and its great in the upright and semi-reclined position. Its negatives are less shoulder space when flat, and it is a shorter bed than the 777/787/A380 products, if you are tall then you will notice.
