That's a grey area as its AA operated yet US coded- as AS and US don't have any reciprocal agreements for benefits (aside from limited lounges for US cardholders).

Two issues- first you may or may not get bennies.

Second- how close is your qualifying flight for MVP to this flight? As first your miles need to post (longer if dealing with partners). And this needs to be updated in AS' systems. After this, the data needs to be transferred to AA (think ftp upload), which is done on a limited basis (couple times per month?). So if its pretty close to your departure, the MVP status may not be updated on AA's end in time. Good luck.
