Nexus Driver's License Number and BC services card?

So I do not have a driver's license but previously my BCID was recorded into my NEXUS file as a driver's license. Now that expired and I got a BC Services Card and I have no idea about what do I enter into the GOES app as Driver's License Number -- I don't want to enter my personal health number and I don't really see any other usable number on this. Perhaps the number on the side? Is that unique? Where can I find this information, anyways? official page has nothing on that vertical barcode + number.

Edit: I read the 2D barcode and tried to interpret it based on http://www.health.gov.bc.ca/msp/info...nspecs/ch4.pdf and it says there's a fixed “636028” and after it a 9 digit BCID number or ICBC assigned Client Number -- and indeed there's 9 digits right after the magic 636028. But how the heck do I prove this to the DHS if they ever ask???
