ZRH is one of the ones that offers car to plane and separate terminal, presumably not what is complimentary here

says TLV has tarmac transfer possibility as well

I've taken the tarmac car transfer option in TLV before. (Not through Amex, just arranged directly by my PA.) The service was reasonably nice. The vehicle was a MB Sprinter type. The gate we arrived at was quite some distance from immigration. The van got us there ahead of everyone.

I'd use the service again.

While I don't remember the exact cost, it wasn't prohibitive.
