Hi - I want to use points to book a multi-city ticket that looks like this: YVR-YUL | YUL-IST | IST-YUL | YUL-YVR. According to information I've seen on this forum I can't do that myself on the Aeroplan website, but it should be possible if I call an agent (let me know if I have that wrong).

The Aeroplan website also says reward flights can be booked up to 365 days in advance. I want to return on the last leg of this itinerary on Nov. 8, 2015, but when I play around with a 3 segment booking on the Aeroplan site (to get a feel for times and aircraft), everything after October 30 is not showing, presumably unavailable. I called Aeroplan today but didn't have the time to wait my turn (38 minutes, apparently); will they be able to make the 365 day advanced booking for me, or is it not the case as advertised? How far in advance WILL I be able to do it? Thank you.
