I ran into this today and am majorly unhappy. Booked a ticket for DRS SVO. Somehow the website switched the date from May 25 to Nov 12. I noticed two minutes after booking as tried calling right away.
Have gotten the run around plenty. Wrote to open line and callcenter emails.
Planning on paying the €50 change fee and then reverse charging through Amex if all else fails.
Any help or advice?
