Can one of your tool customers get GTC membership and password for free - esp for a Diamond KVS tool member like myself?
A wiki should be put up. Something along the lines of.

- The Availability feature in KVS Availability Tool is currently available ONLY to users who have a GTC account.
- GTC accounts are not available to the general public. Only to those affiliated with an organization (eg employer/university etc) using a GTC travel agency would have an account.
- KVS does not have the ability to create or obtain a GTC account for you.
- Using a GTC account without permission of the affiliated organization with/without KVS Availability Tool might expose you to liability associated with any applicable “unauthorized access” legislation.
