Redemptions by any household account member are deducted from all the accounts that are linked together in a household account, pro rata to the number of Avios already in each account.
So you need to check the other accounts that are linked together in your household account to see whether or not the correct number have been debited in total.
Thank you very much - when I received your reply I checked both accounts and the totals were spot on. I would have never figured that out without you assistance.
