I am currently in the bad situation that I theoretically would have reached Gold status last week. But as over 10'000 miles from my flights of the previous month were not credited yet, I am 9'000 short of Gold. All the outstanding miles are in LH Q class (intra-europe) so definitely are eligible for crediting into M&B.
I reclaimed, but still no answer...

So my question is what will happen to me after 24/11 as I do not expect my miles in my account by then?
- Will I get gold also when my outstanding miles will be credited to my account e.g. in december (flights all in october) [This is how I understnad the wiki post of this thread].
- Will my tier miles all expire on 24/11 also if I only have 11'000 at the time - which means I have to start again from 0.

It is very annoying to have this problem with LH not crediting to my account and it would be double annoying if due to this error from LH side I would not get gold....
