delta sky priority agent at LAX refused to check my bags earlier this morning despite the fact that i was already checked-in online. she said the supervisor told all the agents that passengers have to be there at least an hour prior to departure. i was informed in several occasions that all we need was 45 minutes. i am on my way to seoul via seattle. i never had problems before. i actually got to the airport an hour prior but only two agents were working at sky priority. i ended up waiting for about 20 minutes and barely made the 45 minute cut off time. the agent and her colleague were kind of rude about it. i called the DM desk and was told 45 minutes as well. what got me upset was their attitude at LAX.
