I've come to realize that I'm usually just as happy in my usual 21A seat as long as my seat mates aren't elbow warriors, nose pickers, sock removers etc. The food is gross. The wine is plonk. If you're in a window seat and person in front of you is reclined it's as bad a E- getting to the lav.

Gold is still valuable to me for the E+ seating.
