The announcement has been made - free internet at any RC when booked through a STARS TA, beginning January 1, 2015.
This includes any booking at the Virtuoso rate (or for non-Virtuoso RC's at a rate that provides the STARS breakfast amenity). In other words, it will not apply to most promo rates.
