To answer your question: the majority of the MXP flights get the non refurbished A330, with angle flat J seats (170 degrees). IMO still a perfectly acceptable product for the MXP-DOH flight, considering it's a day flight and it's 6 hours. A bit less pleasant for the nighttime DOH-MXP, but still on par with other international biz products and not the end of the world given the length of the flight.

MXP rarely gets the refurbished A330 (180 degrees lie flat J seats), but it seems it happens sometimes. They had A7-ACH on the 2nd of November.
