easily solved if they let passengers pre-order what they want to eat on the plane. other European/Asian airlines can do it, not sure why UA can't do it.
Don't forget it's standard and working at AA too. SHARES would literally explode if it had to track a meal order for the handful of people that actually pay for COua front cabin before check in. It's why they can't handle special meals on paid F.
