After all these years of Travel Rewards now Chase sent a letter saying my credit card and that program would no longer exist. They want to change me to a Visa card. I don 't want another Visa. My Chase Credit/Debit card is Visa. In my old travel rewards program there was a specific web site linked to that card where you could use your points for shopping or travel. I called Chase Card Services to get that website because I couldn't find it using my Chase app. The person I talked with had no idea what I was talking about. When I told her that my card dated from 1986 I think she dropped the phone!!
